Osteogymnastika is a patented technique for awakening your own body's potential for natural healing, wellness and rejuvenation. In our classes, you'll learn how to activate your entire system in an absolutely natural way! We'll work on body aches, the elimination of wrinkles and face/body asymmetries, emotional blockages, healing of your organs and other important systems (nervous system, lymphatic system, visceral system and others), spine adjustment, posture, stress relief, face rejuvenation and so much more. We are currently the only place in the US that offers Osteogymnastika classes! You can take it either online or in person.
